PERSONALIZATION:

Personalized text will appear EXACTLY as entered on order form. We do NOT change punctuation and we will assume that spelling is correct.


PAYMENTS:

You may pay via Google Checkout or PayPal. You can also call us directly to place your order over the phone and use your Visa or MasterCard. Personal checks are accepted and must be mailed in with your order form to: PersonalizedGiftSigns.com, 227 Progress Drive, Manchester, CT 06042


DELIVERY:

All items are made when ordered. Time frame is approx 2-3 weeks (10-15 business days) to manufacture any of our products, plus shipping time from CT.


SHIPPING:

All items are shipped UPS ground, we can not ship to PO Boxes. We will only ship in the Continental US.

DAMAGES:

Contact us within 72 hours, you must keep damaged items and packaging materials in order for UPS to inspect damage.  Items that have been damaged in shipping will be replaced. As soon as you realize an item was damaged in shipping please contact us via email at sales@personalizedgiftsigns.com. 

When an item is damaged we have to do a claim thru UPS. You must hang on to the damaged item and all of the packaging so UPS can come out and inspect the damage and packaging. Once a claim has been issued from UPS we will remake the item as ordered & ship it out to you at no extra charge.

 

ORDER ERROR:

We will correct any spelling errors that were made by us. However, personalized text will appear EXACTLY as entered on the order form. We do NOT change punctuation and we will assume that the spelling you entered on your order form is correct.  If an item has been personalized incorrectly please contact us via email at sales@personalizedgiftsigns.com


RETURNS:

We do not accept returned merchandise. All items are personalized and therefore can not be returned for credit.
